Collaboration Agreement between the Municipality of Piraeus and the AKMI Educational Group
Their desire for interconnection and collaboration in joint actions was ratified by the municipality of Piraeus and the AKMI Educational Group with the Collaboration Agreement that was signed at a meeting that took place in the Piraeus town hall, between mayor Mr. Yannis Moralis and the Chairman of AKMI Educational Group, Mr. Konstantinos Rodopoulos. The aim of the agreement is to implement educational, cultural and social programs and actions for the benefit of the local and student community.
In his interview, Mr. Moralis mentioned:
"It was a pleasure to welcome Mr. Rodopoulos in the Town Hall of Piraeus. We signed a Collaboration Agreement between the Municipality of Piraeus and the AKMI Educational Group, which is moving towards implementing synergies that I believe are necessary - especially at this time in our country - in order to achieve positive results. The AKMI Educational Group is a distinguished educational institution in the city of Piraeus and it was a matter of time to sign a mutual agreement in order to proceed with common synergies and the AKMI Educational Group to assist us in sports, social and cultural events, offering to the municipality opportunities for scholarships on favorable terms. On the other hand, we will also be available to support the AKMI Educational Group, within our own capabilities. Through its branches in the city of Piraeus, the AKMI Educational Group covers needs that cannot be met by the public state. I believe that the results of this cooperation will be visible in the coming months and to both sides, but also to the citizens of Piraeus. "
The Chairman of AKMI Educational Group, Mr. Konstantinos Rodopoulos, mentioned:
"Such actions at a time when our country is in crisis are absolutely necessary. The AKMI Educational Group is and will be a contributor to any initiative of the Municipality of Piraeus, as well as the other way. Through our collaboration with the Municipality, we are given the opportunity to work together in common actions, so that the results are visible to the citizens of Piraeus, to young people, to all of us! AKMH Educational Group through its presence in Athens, Piraeus, Thessaloniki, Larissa and Heraklion, Crete strongly supports and implements such initiatives. We are everywhere, because we wish to be close to the young generation, close to the Mayor and the Municipality of Piraeus ".
