Gold Award for Metropolitan College’s School of Tourism at Greek Hospitality Awards 2018
For the third consecutive year, the School of Tourism of Metropolitan College was awarded as "Best Hotel Education Provider" in the Greek Hospitality Awards 2018. The event is organized each year by Ethos Awards S.A. and Money magazine, the Ministry of Tourism, the Hotel Chamber of Greece, the General Pan-Hellenic Federation of Tourism Enterprises, the Hellenic Hoteliers Federation and Helexpo.
Metropolitan College was awarded with Gold award in the category "Best Hotel Education Provider", in recognition of providing high quality university programs in tourism and hospitality, in collaboration with the distinguished British University, Queen Margaret University. The official award ceremony was held at Divani Apollon Palace & Thalasso on 23rd of February, in the presence of prominent personalities from the business and the political world.
This exceptional distinction was added to the two previous awards, with which Metropolitan College was awarded in the Greek Hospitality Awards 2016 and 2017 highlighting the high level of tourism studies at Metropolitan College.
It is worth mentioning that the School of Tourism of Metropolitan College offers both undergraduate (Bachelors) and postgraduate courses (Masters) in modern specializations with high demand in the tourism labor market with significant career prospects both in Greece and abroad via the AMC Career Office and the network of Hospitality and Tourism collaborating companies. Moreover, the School is member of the Greek Tourism Confederation (SETE).
