In the F&B Service Professional Diploma stream, students will acquire the basic skills required to be independently operational in a restaurant. They will also acquire the competencies to work in different restaurant settings.

During the final stage, they will be equipped with the skills and the competencies to take on a supervisory role with a better understanding of managing a F&B outlet. This programme will conclude with relevant internship.
