The MSc in Human Resource Management programme, the only one in Greece accredited by the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), is designed to meet the skills required in the modern business environment. Thus, it provides students with essential practical knowledge as well as critical interpersonal skills (soft skills) to critically engage with contemporary debates about the role and contribution of HR management and, finally, lead in multinational work environments.
Taught by research-active and professionally experienced tutors, you will learn how to analyze complex issues, challenge established assumptions, develop alternative perspectives, and design innovative solutions.
Cross-cutting themes of the programme include:
• Ethical practice and decision-making, and the importance for HR practitioners to develop and maintain an ethical framework for advising and managing, in alignment with the CIPD Code of Practice and employment law.
• The impact of globalization on all aspects of HRM, and the importance of HR practitioners being able to advise and manage within international, diverse workforces.
• Technology immersion: how it impacts organizations and can be used effectively.
Teaching and learning are based on the latest academic research and practice, supported by experiential learning, creative assessments, field visits, and guest lectures.
Upon successful completion of the compulsory modules required for the award of the master’s degree, graduates are entitled to register with the CIPD as Associate Members.

Admission Requirements

Required documentation:
- A first class or second-class honours degree, or equivalent overseas degree from a recognised institution or equivalent professional or other qualification.
- Degree when awarded by Greek State Universities (AEI or TEI) with a grade of 6 out of 10
- Certified English translation of Bachelor’s Degree and transcripts
