The BA (Hons) Primary Education Studies at Metropolitan College is a 4-year course, equivalent to similar degrees offered at Greek state universities. Designed based on the specifics of Greek primary education, the program includes courses that comprehensively cover the scope of elementary education, including Greek language, mathematics, history, and Physics.
In the frame of a supportive and creative learning environment students engage with the three fundamental conceptual pillars of primary education studies: pedagogy, psychology, and sociology of education. A key aspect of the programme is the practical placement in private and state elementary schools, where students apply theoretical knowledge across all grade levels.

They are capable of setting short-term and long-term educational goals, planning lessons, and developing educational materials based on official guidelines from the Ministry of Education.
