VET Marketplace
The VET Marketplace offers a practical solution to the skills mismatch and provides students with hands-on experience that gives them skills that are immediately applicable in the labour market.
The VET Marketplace project is realised through a strategic partnership between European organisations in six different countries (Poland, Greece, Germany, Italy and Belgium), mainly composed of education providers.

Objectives of the project
The main objectives of the project are as follows:
- To create a modern VET environment, based on student-centre approaches
- To enhance employability of students
- To adapt Curricula, in the fields of Graphic Design and Web Development, to the industry needs
- To enhance Collaboration Between VET Institutions and SMEs
- To empower Trainers and Employers as Mentors
- To provide opportunities to SMEs, that may face challenges, in accessing specialised skills
- To leverage digitalisation for the benefit of a holistic VET experience
Expected Main Results
The expected results (R) should be achieved:
• An Operation Framework for the Marketplace
• 2 microcourses upon entrepreneurship and communication, of duration of 10 hours each
• 1 Online VET Marketplace
• 2 Handbooks (1 for Trainers and 1 for Employers)
• 4 Mentors Virtual Welcoming Webinars
• 4 Pilots of our Marketplace WBL
• 4 Online Trainings upon communication and entrepreneurial skills
• 10 Orientation Webinars in each country
• 1 Dissemination and Exploitation Plan
• 6 Dissemination Events
• 3 TPMs
