Metropolitan College has the honor to welcome and host online the Vice President Asia Pacific Sales, American Airlines, Shane Hodges.
Mr Hodges is invited by Metropolitan College’s Faculty of Hospitality and Tourism Management, in the context of HOtel Open Forum lectures.
The Live Webinar themed as “American Airlines Success Story: Safe Travelling in Times of Covid”, will be held on Wednesday, November 9, at 12:00.
This is the first time that Mr Hodges’ is addressing to the students and graduates of a Greek educational institution. During his speech, he will share useful stories, insights, knowledge, as well as leadership tips based on his thorough experience in the tourism industry and the airlines’ sector.
He will also present American Airlines’ success story which is the largest airline company worldwide, based on fleet size, number of employees, passengers carried and net per mile. Moreover, taking into consideration the current pandemic surge, he will explain the precaution measures airlines must take in order to protect their passengers from COVID-19 and he will give relevant advice on safe flying.
Mr Hodges’ talk will be curated by mrs Pigi Mantzouratou, Career Placement & Development Manager, BA (Hons) International Hospitality and Tourism Management, at Metropolitan College.
The online speech is being organized by the multi-awarded Metropolitan College’s Faculty of Hospitality & Tourism Management, in the context of HoTEL Open Forum annual institution.
