Metropolitan College was awarded, for the 3rd consecutive year, in Tourism Awards 2022.
More specifically, the multi-awarded Faculty of Hospitality and Tourism Management received the Silver Award in the Training Programmes category, for its Training and Specialization programmes, the Online Training Programmes and the Tourism Career Office services.
This is the 3rd time Metropolitan College receives an award in Tourism Awards institution. Generally, it is the 9th time that Faculty of Hospitality and Tourism Management gets honoured as a recognition for its high quality educational programmes of studies and student services.
Tourism Awards institution aims to highlight and reward the Tourism industry pioneers and their innovating practices which add value, enrich and develop the tourism product and services.

Our aim is to, impartially, recognize the practices, but also the efforts of our colleagues and lead hospitality sector at the top of Greece’s economic activity“, mentioned Alexandros Aggelopoulos, President of the Judging Committee.
Metropolitan College’s representation at the Tourism Awards ceremony
The Tourism Awards Ceremony took place in the Foundation of the Hellenic World, in Athens. Metropolitan College’s Vice Principal Academic Affairs, Mr Triant Flouris, Dean of Faculty Hospitality and Tourism, Mr Theodore Benetatos, and Mr Alexandros Dardoufas, Operations Manager – VET by EHL Programme & Programme Leader – BA in International Hospitality Tourism Management, attended the ceremony and received the award.
