During their meeting, Mr Lodge had the opportunity to watch a presentation about Metropolitan College’s history and vision, its strong connection and collaboration with the British Embassy and, also, to become familiar with its educational goals and the continuous effort to contribute to the British TNE development in Greece.
During his visit, British Ambassador, Mr Matthew Lodge shared his thoughts about Metropolitan College, mentioning:
“It’s a great honor for me to be here at Metropolitan College, a College that stands out for its educational services. The relationships between Greece and the UK, in educational terms, are significant and Metropolitan College holds a big part in these. This connection, the people to people links are the heart of our relationship.
Metropolitan College’s excellence and high- standards of the courses and facilities it offers reinforces these relationships.
I hope British education will continue to play a major role in forging stronger ties between our two countries, but also in supporting young talented Greeks get the educational qualification they want so they can go out in the world and achieve wonderful things”.
