Metropolitan College’s Maritime & Superyacht Academy was awarded at the “Greek Yachting Awards 2019”, receiving an Honorary Award for its pioneering training programmes, as well as, its significant contribution to the development of the yachting industry, one of the most important Greek industries. Mr Vaggelis Rodopoulos, member of the Board of Metropoltitan-AKMI Educational Group, attended this unique award ceremony, which took place at Zappeion Megaron, and received the award.
Yachting Awards, organised by ONDECK Media, were held for the first time in Greece in order to honour the leading figures of the Yachting, Superyachting and Sea Tourism industry for their vision and the implementation of innovative ideas that contribute to its progress.
A lot of prominent personalities and executives from the world of business and politics honoured the award ceremony with their presence.
