Cutting-Edge AI Skills Training Sessions for Academic and Administrative Teams

The Gen AI training sessions focus on the advantages of Artificial Intelligence in the daily operations of the organization.

Recognizing the myriad benefits and profound opportunities presented by Artificial Intelligence, the Corporate Academy of Metropolitan College is proud to announce the launch of Generative Artificial Intelligence (Gen AI) training and upskilling sessions, in collaboration with 100 Mentors.

This forward-thinking initiative is designed to empower the academic and administrative teams of Metropolitan College, equipping them with the knowledge to fully grasp the advantages of Artificial Intelligence and to seamlessly integrate the transformative capabilities of Generative AI into the day-to-day operations of the organization.

Continuous training and development of the personnel are essential aspects of Metropolitan College's growth and progress

The first educational bootcamps, held in Athens and Thessaloniki, were successfully completed with the participation of academic and administrative staff from Metropolitan College and IVT AKMI campuses in Attica, Patras, island regions, and Central and Northern Greece.

The next milestone is the participation of the Metropolitan College-AKMI Educational Group at the GenAI Summit 2024 as an exclusive Educational Partner. The largest Artificial Intelligence Conference in Europe solely focused on GenAI is scheduled to be held in Athens between February 29th and March 2nd, hosting top-tier industry members from international companies such as OpenAI, Google, Microsoft, Deloitte, AWS, IBM, and NVIDIA. Academics and researchers from Stanford, Cambridge, Harvard, and other distinguished universities, as well as AI experts and thought leaders, will share insights and hands-on knowledge with more than 4,000 live attendees from Greece, South Asia, Europe, and the Middle East.

Metropolitan College is actively participating in GenAI Summit 2024 as an Educational Partner. Additionally, Dr. Emmanouil Serrelis, Metropolitan College-IVT AKMI Group CTO, and George Chliveros, Associate Dean of Faculty and Head of the Engineering Department, will share their views on AI applications in education.
